Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dokindoki.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. We do offer shipping labels with kind of returning for the package that was sent wrong, mistakes, missing parts, etc, which is only for the return reason that is not caused by you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Within 7 Days - You must request a return within 7 days of the product being received.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In specific circumstances, we may only be able to offer partial refunds under the following conditions:
- If the item being returned is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to circumstances not caused by our error, a partial refund may be issued. This includes wear and tear beyond normal use or any alterations made to the item.
- Returns requested more than 7 days after the item has been received will not qualify for a full refund.
- If you have personal reasons for returning an item, please be aware that we will apply 2-way shipping charges. This means that both the cost of sending the item back to us and the shipping incurred for the original delivery will be deducted from your refund amount.
In specific circumstances, we will not be able to offer refunds or returns under the following conditions:
- Any customized order that we sent accordingly to the request.
- Any return request because of arriving late.
Refunds (if applicable)
A full refund will NOT apply if the order did fulfilled with a tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed by us within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at support@dokindoki.com and send your item to the place we provide.
Due to personal reasons for the exchange, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. You will also need to pay for the shipping charges incurred when we send the replacement item back to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the place we provide. Please contact us for the return address before sending it back.
Given the unpredictable nature of logistics and shipping, delays in the arrival of goods beyond the initially estimated delivery time will not be accepted as a valid reason for submitting a return request. Various factors, including supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, and transportation issues, can lead to these delays.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Return & Refund policies by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Return & Refund policies constitutes acceptance of those changes.
